Reclaim Your Peace and Put Yourself Back on the List
An eight-session, therapist-led support group for working moms

You manage responsibilities at work, care for the people who count on you, and carry a mental list that rarely seems to end. Somewhere in that routine, your own needs keep getting pushed back.
The Working Moms Support Group gives you a place to talk honestly about mom guilt, stress, identity, and the pressure to do it all. Over eight live virtual sessions, you’ll reflect on what you need, practice ways to ask for support, and connect with other working moms who understand.
Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. ET | October 8–December 3, 2026 | No session on Thanksgiving | Up to eight participants
Does this sound familiar?
You make sure everyone else has what they need, then try to fit your own well-being into whatever time is left. When you do take a break, guilt can make it hard to enjoy it.
Maybe you’ve tried to create a better routine or promised yourself you’d ask for more help. But the demands of work and home keep competing for your attention, and it’s hard to make lasting changes on your own.
Imagine having room to:
-
Name what you need without immediately dismissing it.
-
Recognize when expectations are adding to your stress.
-
Ask for help and set boundaries with greater confidence.
-
Feel connected to women navigating similar demands.
You deserve space to explore those possibilities in community.
What the group offers
Mom guilt, workplace pressure, and the expectation to manage everything can affect how you care for yourself and relate to the people around you. These experiences deserve more than another reminder to “make time for self-care.”
The Working Moms Support Group is a therapist-led support group, not a therapy group. It offers guided conversation and community around the challenges working moms face, with a focus on reclaiming peace, prioritizing yourself, and feeling supported.
