Cancellation Policy

I hereby release and discharge The Center for Wellness, its Trustees, officers, employees, students, volunteers, agents and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims which may arise from any cause whatsoever in connection with my participation in these wellness services or from any liability for any accident, illness, injury, death, loss or damage to personal property, or any other consequences arising or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in the wellness services. I have consulted with my medical professional prior to commencing these wellness services. Yoga/meditation fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of purchase. If you are unable to participate in a session, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment to an available future date should spots permit. Scheduled bookings are not able to be canceled. Minimum of 3 participants per class. We encourage you to invite a friend to join you on this journey.
